Very proud to announce the new album by Jeff Mandel, a long-time friend and collaborator, is out now. My role was in production and scoring, some saxophone playing along the way, and project development.
From Jeff: “The challenges of April 2020 have been daunting. Even so, music sustains us and its promises must be kept! This set of four songs merges jazz standards and songs from musical theater with contemporary sensibilities. The arrangements were developed by a close-knit group of friends and like-minded musicians - all sheltering-in-place - from the San Francisco Bay Area to Hong Kong to Paris.”
